Kelp Scuttler
Drops from Monstrous Spineclaw. They will cover themselves in seaweed and other ocean foliage to get the upper claw on their prey. Aquatic type. A lot of these along the Talador coastline between Spires and Nagrand. Most I battled came in HH breed, the PP was harder to find.
Kelp Scuttler is a wild pet found in Draenor coastal areas and can be purchased from an NPC vendor.
