Juvenile Scuttleback
Drops from Monstrous Spineclaw. Juvenile describes this scuttleback's age, not its maturity. Aquatic type. As I was doing the world quest today, I was having the WORST luck trying to find these battle pets.
Juvenile Scuttleback is a wild pet battle companion obtainable from a vendor in Timeless Isle or by capturing it in Azsuna.

Capture in Azsuna
Search for battle pet versions in Azsuna, particularly around the Mak'rana area, Oceanus Cove at 48.41, 62.57, Illidari Cove, Eye of Ashara, and Grey Shoals.
Tips
Juvenile Scuttleback spawns as a replacement for Rapana Snail; killing the snails in an area can trigger respawns of the battle pet version.
