Jungle Darter
Sold by Flik. In the jungle, every leaf could conceal a frog. Stop to check and it could be long gone. Aquatic type. The best place I found to battle these was the pools just south of the Temple of the Jade Serpent.
The Jungle Darter is a wild pet frog found in Jade Forest that can be captured during pet battles or purchased from a vendor.

Battle Jungle Darters in Jade Forest
Travel to Orchid Hollow in Jade Forest at 52, 68, located south-west of the Temple of the Jade Serpent. Several Jungle Darters spawn around the small lake in this subzone. Engage them in pet battles to capture one.
Purchase from Flik
Alternatively, visit Flik at 52.4, 62.2 to purchase a Jungle Darter directly.
Tips
Jungle Darters can appear as secondary pets when battling other creatures like Grove Vipers in the zone.
Be aware that these frogs have slow respawn rates, so populations can become depleted in the zone if heavily farmed.
