The Irradiated Elementaling is a Battle for Azeroth pet obtained on Mechagon by fully charging and consuming the 
Irradiated Undercoat, a shirt that drops rarely during the Reclamation Rig event.

Wait for Reclamation Rig
The Reclamation Rig construction project on Mechagon must be active and completed for the day before the event begins. The rig must be fully built before any progress toward this pet is possible.
Loot Irradiated Undercoat
Once the Reclamation Rig event starts, kill any mob during the event for a rare chance to receive the Irradiated Undercoat. Equip it immediately — it is a shirt that enables you to collect 
Unstable Isotopes from enemies during the event.
Collect Unstable Isotopes
Kill event enemies while the Irradiated Undercoat is equipped to collect Unstable Isotopes. These can only be gathered during the active event window, and the shirt lasts for three hours.
Charge Shirt Over Multiple Days
You need 100 Unstable Isotopes total to fully charge the shirt, but the Irradiated Undercoat has a 24-hour cooldown between charges, meaning you will need to participate in the Reclamation Rig event across approximately 5 days to accumulate enough Isotopes.
Consume the Charged Shirt
Once you have gathered 100 Unstable Isotopes, activate the Irradiated Undercoat to fully consume it, which transforms it into the 
Melted Irradiated Undercoat and rewards the Irradiated Elementaling pet.
