Hissing Chitterspine

The Hissing Chitterspine is a wild battle pet found inside Chitterspine Grotto in Nazjatar, named for the rapid clicking of its smaller claws that produces its distinctive underwater hiss.

Locate Chitterspine Grotto
Head to the Chitterspine Grotto entrance at 42.4, 13.2 in Nazjatar, found in the northern part of the zone just beside the Gate of the Queen landmark. The cave is also right next to the pet battler Shadowspike Lurker.
Navigate the Crab-Filled Cave
The cave is packed with aggressive crabs that will attack on sight. Only one Hissing Chitterspine can be active at a time, but it has 2 or 3 spawn points inside the cavern — when defeated or killed it respawns nearly instantly, possibly at a different spot within the cave.
Use Stealth to Enter Safely
If you have a stealth ability — such as Rogue or Druid Stealth, Hunter Camouflage, or Mage Invisibility — or a 
Draenic Invisibility Potion, use it before entering the cave to reach the Hissing Chitterspine without being killed. Pop your stealth or invisibility, move to the pet, then drop the buff and spam-click the Hissing Chitterspine to start the battle. For extra safety, activate your invisibility before clicking the pet.
Fight Through Without Stealth
If you have no stealth option, pick up a 
Stealthman 54 from around Shadowspike Lurker near the cave entrance at 42.4, 13.2, then run through the cave pulling as few crabs as possible to reach the Hissing Chitterspine. A second Stealthman 54 is located nearby inside to refresh your buff. Kill the enemies you pulled, but avoid AoE abilities near the pet as they will kill it and prevent you from starting the battle.
Tips
Stealth classes have the easiest time grinding for a rare quality Hissing Chitterspine, since the pet respawns almost instantly and you can re-enter stealth between attempts.
If you are using a Draenic Invisibility Potion, target the Hissing Chitterspine with /tar Hissing before consuming it so you can move directly to it and click without delay.
Caster characters benefit most from the Stealthman 54 strategy since melee enemies will frequently run away from you, making it harder to clear the cave quickly.
