Guide awaiting review

1

Travel to Writhing Fields

Head to the Writhing Fields below Gutterville in the Ringing Deeps. Hemospore spawn points are clustered in the following locations: at 68.2, 93, at 69.1, 92.3, at 71, 94.7, at 71.1, 97.9, at 72.6, 94.4, at 73.1, 91.0, and at 73.7, 94.9.

2

Clear Frenzied Bloodticks First

Defeat any Frenzied Bloodtick battle pets available in the area through pet battles — simply killing them does not count. After defeating them, forfeit the battle rather than killing critter versions, then wait approximately 2 minutes for a Hemospore battle pet to respawn somewhere in the area.

3

Kill Non-Battle Critter Sporbits

If no battle pet version appears, fly around and kill all non-battle pet level 1 Sporbits in the area, as they likely share spawn points with the Hemospore battle pet version at the coordinates listed in Step 1.

4

Check Moveset Before Catching

When you open a battle with a Hemospore, immediately check its moveset — if it has the ability Burst in its third slot, forfeit and try again until you find one with Spore Shrooms in that slot instead. Both rare quality P/P variants have been found, and the Unseaming Shift debuff on the pet does not affect the catch.

Tips

  • Two rare quality P/P Hemospores have been found in the area, one with and one without the Unseaming Shift debuff, confirming that debuff does not impact the pet's quality.
