Hateful Eye
From Horos. What are YOU looking at?! Magic type. This is one of the Order Hall pets that was introduced in Legion. The Order Hall pets are an interesting anomaly in terms of combat pets, in that they are class specific and are NOT cageable!
The
Hateful Eye is a non-cageable Legion Order Hall battle pet obtained by Demon Hunters from the Twisting Nether Portal in the Fel Hammer, or by Warlocks through a class-specific ritual, and once earned on either class it becomes summonable by all other classes on your account.

Choose Your Class
The Hateful Eye can be obtained as a Demon Hunter or a Warlock. Demon Hunters are generally considered the easier route, while Warlocks require the Order Hall Advancement upgraded to level two via Demonic Offering.
Demon Hunter: Enter the Portal
As a Demon Hunter, enter the Twisting Nether Portal located just to the right of Loramus Thalipedes in the Fel Hammer once per day. Demons inside can drop the Hateful Eye, with Ra'thuzek noted as a straightforward target.
Warlock: Perform Ritual of Doom
As a Warlock with the Demonic Offering Order Hall Advancement unlocked, use Ritual of Doom from your spell book, which requires only 2 other Warlocks to perform. The ritual has a one-day cooldown, and Firecaller Rok'duun is a confirmed source of the Hateful Eye drop.
Tips
This pet is non-cageable and cannot be traded or listed on the Auction House, so it must be earned directly on a Demon Hunter or Warlock character.
