Tap discarded forges in Zereth Mortis to gather 
Ephemera Strands. Prioritize forges around the Forge of Afterlives at 42.12, 57.26 where you'll find two small spheres, as these also have a chance to drop 
Kismetric Circlet, which increases Ephemera Strand drop rates.
Weave Ephemera Orbs
Combine 15 Ephemera Strands together to create a Ephemera Orb.
Open the Orb
Open your Ephemera Orb for a chance to receive Geordy. Repeat orb creation and opening until the pet drops, as it has a moderate drop rate.
