Run Skoldus Hall
Enter the Torghast wing Skoldus Hall and progress to floor 6, where the boss Cellblock Sentinel has a drop rate above 2% for the Frenzied Mawrat — one run on layer 8 yielded two pets from a single Cellblock Sentinel kill.
Tips
Cellblock Sentinel can drop more than one Frenzied Mawrat at a time, so each kill has a chance to reward multiple pets.
