The Eye of Inquisition is a Legion battle pet that drops from Felsoul Inquisitor mobs in the Soul Vaults cave within Felsoul Hold, Suramar.

Travel to Felsoul Hold
Use the Shal'Aran portal to reach Felsoul Hold in Suramar, then exit the building at 29.39, 41.61 and head down the hillside toward the Soul Vaults cave in the southern end of the zone.
Farm Felsoul Inquisitors
Kill the Felsoul Inquisitors clustered at 29, 82, where 7 of them spawn close together — use realm hopping to reset them faster. A second concentration of Inquisitors can be found at 28.9, 81.6.
Grab the Ley Infusion Buff
Activate the nearby Ley Ward pillars for 10 Ancient Mana to gain the Ley Infusion buff, which deals significant damage to Felsoul Inquisitors and speeds up each kill.
Equip Stonehide Leather Barding
If you do not yet have flying in the Broken Isles, equip 
Stonehide Leather Barding before your circuit to avoid being dismounted by other mobs while moving between Inquisitor spawns.
Buy from Auction House
As of Patch 7.3, the Eye of Inquisition is cageable and tradeable, so it can alternatively be purchased directly from the Auction House if it is listed by other players.
Tips
Drop rates can be lengthy — player reports range from 2.5 hours to over 5 hours of farming Felsoul Inquisitors before the Eye of Inquisition dropped.
