Emberling is a wild pet found in Waking Shores during Dragonflight that you can capture by battling it.

Travel to Waking Shores
Head to Waking Shores and search for Emberling near the circular lava river in front of Dragonbane Keep where Brundin the Dragonbane patrols, or at the verified waypoints at 79.75, 35.67 and 66, 31.7.
Clear non-battle mobs
Kill any Emberlings and Kindlets that are not battle pets in the area to encourage respawns; this typically takes about 10 minutes for new pets to appear.
Battle and capture
Engage an Emberling in pet battle and defeat it to add it to your collection; watch for hostile mobs like Blazing Manifestations that may spawn and interrupt your battle.
