Travel to Duskwood
Head to Duskwood in the Eastern Kingdoms and locate the spider-populated areas of the zone, where Dusk Spiderling spawns appear in the general spider areas rather than attached to any specific mob.
Search for direct spawns
Look for Dusk Spiderling as direct spawns in the spider areas rather than as secondary pets in battles — since this zone has a high number of secondary pets and only one secondary pet appears per pull, directly finding and engaging Dusk Spiderling spawns is far more efficient when hunting for a rare quality.
Kill non-Dusk Spiderling spawns
Defeat any non-Dusk Spiderling spider spawns in the area to encourage new spawns, as these pets are fairly common in their spawn areas and come in colors including green, gray, and black.
Tips
Dusk Spiderling is easy to level due to the large number of critter-type enemies found across many zones.
