Devoured Wader is a Shadowlands pet that drops from rare enemies spawned by Swelling Tear events in Bastion.

Travel to Bastion
Head to the Bastion zone and watch for Swelling Tear events, which can appear at five known locations: at 52.21, 32.82, at 63.51, 36.01, at 56.03, 14.62, at 47.99, 42.96, and at 59.65, 51.43.
Interact With Swelling Tear
When a Swelling Tear appears at one of these locations, interact with it to open a portal and spawn one of three possible rares: Worldfeaster Chronn, Embodied Hunger, or Xixin the Ravening — all three share the same spawn spots.
Defeat the Spawned Rare
All three rares — Worldfeaster Chronn, Embodied Hunger, and Xixin the Ravening — have very high health pools and hit hard, so grouping up with other players is strongly recommended to take them down faster.
Realm Hop for Tears
To find a Swelling Tear more quickly, join groups for the Bastion world boss and realm hop between instances until you find an active Swelling Tear at one of the five known locations — this typically takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
Tips
All three rares — Worldfeaster Chronn, Embodied Hunger, and Xixin the Ravening — count toward the Adventurer of Bastion achievement.
Sometimes interacting with a Swelling Tear will not spawn any rare at all, so be aware this can happen.
