The Darkshore Cub is a wild pet found in the southern parts of Darkshore, capturable through pet battles as a level 3-5 bear.

Travel to Darkshore
Head to the southern part of Darkshore, near the Grove of the Ancients, where Darkshore Cubs spawn as level 3-5 wild pets.
Battle non-rare versions
When you encounter poor, common, or uncommon Darkshore Cubs, bring a low-level rare pet (level 5-7) and a level 25 pet. Attack once with the low-level rare pet to earn experience, then finish the battle with your level 25 pet.
Catch the rare version
When you find a rare Darkshore Cub, use your level 5 rare pet and your low-level rare pet together to reduce its health before throwing your pet trap to capture it.
Tips
Battling non-rare Darkshore Cubs is an efficient way to level multiple low-level rare pets to level 5, then rotate to the next pet in line.
