Curious Purrkin
Source: Pet Battle. The Purrkin hunt the invasive skrats in the Veiled Market, keeping the population just high enough that they are still needed. Beast type. I found the both as a first and secondary pet in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market dungeon.
Curious Purrkin is a battle pet found in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market dungeon in Shadowlands that you can capture after completing the quest chain leading to the dungeon.
Guide awaiting review
Complete Oribos quest chain
Start and complete the quest chain in Oribos that leads to Tazavesh: Raiders of the Lost Artifact, which includes steps in Revendreth and Bastion.
Enter Tazavesh in Mythic
Enter Tazavesh, the Veiled Market dungeon in Mythic difficulty. You do not need to be in a party to find battle pets here.
Locate pets outside the portal
Look for two battle pets positioned just outside the dungeon portal entrance. These will be available to battle and capture.
Battle and capture Curious Purrkin
Engage the Curious Purrkin in battle. If it has a third ability that causes it to switch pets and damage itself, flee and re-engage until it has a different third ability, then capture it safely.
Reset and repeat
Leave the dungeon, reset the instance, and return to repeat the capture process up to 10 times if needed to collect additional pets.
