Crimsonwing Moth
From Sixx. Delicate and dangerous, brilliant and bold, a beauty worth more than its weight in gold. Too bad they are so light. Flying type. There can only be one of these up at a time but there will always be one up. This is all the spawn points known so far (current as of 8/11/2015) .
The Crimsonwing Moth is a wild battle pet from Draenor that spawns as a rare in Talador, with only one active at a time across dozens of known spawn points.

Travel to Talador
Head to Talador in Draenor to hunt the Crimsonwing Moth. Only one moth is ever up at a time across the entire zone, but one is always spawned somewhere — similar to how the Unborn Val'kyr works in Northrend.
Search Known Spawn Points
The moth can appear at any of its many spawn locations spread across Talador. Begin checking spots such as at 32.6, 63.8 in the southwest, at 39.2, 91.4 and at 42.6, 92 in the south, at 46.8, 86.2 and at 49.4, 86 along the southern edge, at 53.6, 87.2 further south, at 41.2, 69.6 and at 38.8, 79 mid-south, at 57, 70.2 in the center-south, at 43, 57.2 and at 47.4, 56.6 in the central area, at 53.6, 59.2 and at 57.2, 54.8 nearby, at 61.4, 55.8 and at 63.6, 60.2 to the east, at 57.2, 46.4 and at 51.8, 39.8 in the center, at 56.4, 36.4 and at 53.4, 34.6 heading north-center, at 51, 31 and at 53, 24.2 further north, at 56, 17 and at 60.4, 14 in the far north, at 66.6, 17.8 and at 75, 17.8 in the northeast, at 67.6, 22.4 and at 67.6, 27.4, at 74, 32.2 and at 72.2, 36, at 66.2, 36 and at 71.9, 40 in the east. Use the target macro /target Crimsonwing Moth to quickly check each spot. 
Aviana's Feather is useful for moving between spawn points quickly.
Battle and Capture the Moth
Once you locate the Crimsonwing Moth, engage it in a pet battle. Be aware that it can be dangerous during the fight, so use a durable battle pet to weaken it before attempting to capture it with a Paw or Trap.
Tips
Flying mounts make covering all spawn points across Talador significantly faster and easier.
