Travel to Spawn Locations
Crimsonspine spawns in two areas: on the road north of Gelikyr Post at the entrance to the Tyrhold Reservoir at 50.6, 64 in The Forbidden Reach, and inside small holes in The Azure Span at 60.54, 38.09.
Clear Critter Spawns
At the Tyrhold Reservoir entrance near 50.7, 64.12, five critters spawn on the road. In The Azure Span at 60.54, 38.09, two critters spawn inside burrow holes. Kill the critter versions using AoE or other attacks until a battle-ready Crimsonspine spawns in their place.
Start the Pet Battle
At the Azure Span burrow at 60.54, 38.09, stand at 60.66, 38.00 and click the pet inside the hole. If the battle does not trigger, bind a key to Interact and move around the hole while pressing it repeatedly to initiate the battle.
Tips
Crimsonspine shares spawn chances with normal critters, so killing the critters gives a chance for the battle pet version to replace them.
