Drops from Court of Harvesters Supplies. A wild dredbat, the crimson pups are tough to tame. Their elusiveness and hardiness set them apart from their kin. Flying type. I got this little guy off a Starving Dreadbat at 51,73 in Ravdendreth after my pet aggroed a pack of 3.
The Crimson Dredwing Pup is a wild dredbat battle pet obtained as a drop from bats in Revendreth during the Shadowlands expansion.

Travel to Revendreth
Head to Revendreth and make your way to at 52.12, 75.29, where Starving Dredbats and Famished Fanglings spawn. Both mob types have a chance to drop the Crimson Dredwing Pup.
Farm Bats in a Circle
The bats at 52.12, 75.29 are clustered in a small area and respawn quickly, allowing you to run a loop and continuously pull fresh spawns. A second cluster can be found nearby at 51.94, 75.72, so weave between both points to maximize kills per run.
Use Friendly NPCs Nearby
Lurking Soulstalkers in the area will assist in combat against the bats, which can help if you pull multiple mobs at once — though they only participate in scripted encounters.
No Covenant Required
You do not need to be Venthyr to loot the Crimson Dredwing Pup — it has been confirmed to drop for other covenants, such as Necrolord characters. The pet comes in four different breeds, so you may want to check the breed before keeping it.
Tips
Player reports range from a single lucky accidental kill to over 400 kills before the pet dropped, so drop rates appear to be very low.
Unlike the
Lost Featherling, which requires Kyrian covenant status to loot, the Crimson Dredwing Pup has no covenant restriction.
