Drops from Sandclaw Stoneshell. The purple coloration helps this species blend into the rocks and shadows, but the crabs become easy prey for seagulls when they linger too long on... Aquatic type. For Horde: There are a fair number of Coastal Scuttlers, but be aware that the mobs in the area are hostile to you.
The Coastal Scuttler is an aquatic wild pet available in Battle for Azeroth that can be captured in the wild or purchased from a vendor in Nazjatar.

Capture wild Coastal Scuttlers
For Horde players, search for wild Coastal Scuttlers in Drustvar at 22.7, 23.7 on the beach north of Anyport, shortly before Whitegrove Chapel. These crabs often appear as backline pets alongside other aquatic pets near water, and be prepared for hostile mobs in the area.
Tips
The Coastal Scuttler and Elusive Skimmer are the only wild aquatic pets capable of applying the Shattered Defenses debuff with Stampede, making them valuable alternatives for certain pet battles.
