Run Island Expeditions
Queue for Island Expeditions and complete them. The Bloodstone Tunneler will drop upon completion as a battle pet reward.

Collect or purchase pet
If the pet does not drop for you, the Bloodstone Tunneler is cageable and can be purchased from other players on the Auction House.
