Blood Boil is a battle pet from the Raiding with Leashes IV collection, dropped by Deathbringer Saurfang in Icecrown Citadel.

Enter Icecrown Citadel

Set Icecrown Citadel to 25 Heroic difficulty, then enter the raid and defeat Deathbringer Saurfang. The drop rate is notably high — players have obtained one on each run across multiple characters.

Check the Auction House

Blood Boil is a caged, tradeable pet, so it can also be purchased from other players on the Auction House if you prefer not to farm the raid.

Tips

  • Blood Boil can be farmed on every character you own, making it possible to get multiple drops in a single week by running ICC on alts.
