The Amaranthine Stinger only drops when the Tormentors of Torghast event is active. Head to Gralebboih at 22.2, 52 in The Maw once the event is up.
Join a large Tormentor group
Before the event timer expires, join a large custom group of 30 or more players advertising Tormentors to reach Gralebboih at 22.2, 52 in The Maw and secure your first kill and loot.
Leave and re-loot Gralebboih
After looting, leave the large group and loot Gralebboih at 22.2, 52 in The Maw on your own server if it is not yet dead and players are still engaging it.
Join smaller Tormentor groups
Seek out smaller groups of two or three players that still have the Tormentors of Torghast event active to get additional kill attempts on Gralebboih at 22.2, 52 in The Maw within the same day on the same character.
Tips
You can farm Gralebboih multiple times in a single event window on the same character by cycling through different groups.
