Felblaze Infernal
The Illidari were able to break one of these fiery beasts for use as an unstoppable, fearless mount against the Legion.
Acquisition Guide
The Felblaze Infernal, also known as the Living Infernal Core, drops from Gul'dan, the final boss of The Nighthold raid, on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty.
Enter The Nighthold
Travel to The Nighthold raid in Legion and proceed to Gul'dan, the final boss. You can solo this raid at max level.
Defeat Gul'dan
Defeat Gul'dan on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty — any of these three difficulties has a chance to drop the Living Infernal Core, with an approximate drop rate of around 1%.
Reset and Repeat Weekly
The raid resets weekly, allowing one attempt per difficulty per week — running Normal, Heroic, and Mythic separately gives up to three chances each reset.
Tips
The drop rate is approximately 1% and is not increased during the Collector's Bounty Event, unlike most other mounts.
