Travel to Antoran Wastes

Head to the Antoran Wastes on Argus, where both rares that drop the Biletooth Gnasher are located. The two rares are Vrax'thul at 53.2, 35.8 and Puscilla at 65.6, 26.7.

Kill Vrax'thul Daily

Defeat Vrax'thul at 53, 36.6 in Antoran Wastes. This rare can only yield loot for you once per day, so kill him each day for a chance at the Biletooth Gnasher.

Kill Puscilla Daily

Defeat Puscilla at 64, 20.8 in Antoran Wastes, accessed via the cave entrance at 65.6, 26.6. Like Vrax'thul, Puscilla can only reward you with loot once per day.
