Locate Instructor Tarahna
Travel to Mac'aree and find Instructor Tarahna at 61.4, 50.2. This rare mob is part of the Adventurer of Argus and Commander of Argus achievements and has an associated world quest.
Defeat and loot Tarahna
Defeat Instructor Tarahna and loot the Yellow Conservatory Scroll from the corpse. The drop rate is low — one player reported approximately 25 to 27 attempts before obtaining it, so repeated daily farming is expected.
Combine runes with players
Once you use the scroll, you gain a Yellow Rune of Power buff. If you walk over another player with a different colored rune, the runes combine: Yellow combined with Blue produces a Green Rune of Power, and Yellow combined with Red produces an Orange Rune of Power. Combined rune buffs last 10 minutes, and you cannot have more than one rune buff active at a time.
Tips
Green, Orange, and Purple combined runes cannot be further mixed with other colors to produce new results.
