Enter Naxxramas in Northrend
Use the Dalaran Hearthstone, then enter the first building on your right and speak to Manapoof to teleport to Stratholme, then fly 200 yards to at 35.67, 23.07. Enter Naxxramas and clear the Plague wing boss, then run to the bat area, lure all the mobs together, kill and loot them all.
Reset and Repeat Each Hour
Set a timer for 1 hour and 5 minutes to account for the 60-minute lockout, then repeat the run on each available character one at a time to maximize the number of elite mob kills per lockout cycle.
Farm Any WotLK Elite Mobs
Super Simian Sphere can drop from any mob above level 79 in Northrend, from elite mobs anywhere in the zone, and from boss mobs in any Wrath of the Lich King dungeon or raid instance. It also has a chance to drop while participating in Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking dungeons.
Tips
Elite mobs have a higher drop chance than standard mobs, so prioritize elite enemies when farming in Northrend.
This toy also works with Mirror Image — activating it while Mirror Image is active results in four monkeys simultaneously.
