Find and defeat Zai the Outcast
Travel to Kun-Lai Summit and locate Zai the Outcast at 73.2, 76.4. Defeat this rare elite to obtain the Farwater Conch.
Use the Farwater Conch
Activate the toy to place a targeting circle anywhere within 1000 yards. Your viewpoint will transfer to that location for 30 seconds while you channel. Once placed, an extra action button called Droplet becomes available, allowing you to call down water droplets from your character's location to anywhere within 1000 yards.
Combine with Eagle Eye
Cast Eagle Eye before using the Farwater Conch to extend your range even further, allowing you to place targeting circles and droplets at distances beyond the normal 1000-yard limit.
