Obtain via River Rapids Wrangler
The Tuskarr Dinghy is awarded for completing the River Rapids Wrangler achievement. Focus your efforts on catching as many fish as possible during the slow stretch before the first waterfall, where players have reported landing 18–20 fish before the drop — if you haven't reached 17 or more by that point, exit the vehicle and restart.
Watch for Fish Behind You
Fish respawn behind you as you travel, so turn around periodically to catch them and maximize your total count per run.
Restart if Count Is Low
If you exit and re-enter the boat, your fish counter buff resets, so only abandon a run before the first waterfall if your count is below 17.
Tips
The net can miss even at close range, so prioritize the slow pre-waterfall section where you have the most time to land throws.
