Trusty Hat
ToyDROP
Drop
Sold by Reno Jackson. It's a neat looking hat, but why the hell is this a 30 minute cooldown? It only lasts for a minute or so on the person you put it on.
Trusty Hat is a toy from The War Within that can be purchased from Reno Jackson in Dornogal.
