Trans-mogu-rifier
Drops from Tashara. 3% drop rate my ass. 0.3% maybe.
The Trans-mogu-rifier is a Battle for Azeroth toy that drops from content in Vale of Eternal Blossoms and transforms you into one of four Mogu clans when used, even during combat.

Farm the Trans-mogu-rifier
The Trans-mogu-rifier has an extremely low drop rate — somewhere around 0.3%, with some runs taking over 250 kills before it drops. Running multiple characters per reset can increase the number of attempts per week.
Check Tashara for Availability
If you prefer to skip farming, the Trans-mogu-rifier may be available from other players on the Auction House. You can also visit Tashara at 29.4, 21.4 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms to check for any related vendor options.
Use the Toy
Once obtained, the Trans-mogu-rifier transforms you into one of four Mogu clans: the Baruk (orange stone shapers), the Zan Tien (blue storm channelers), the Dokani (red blood practitioners), or the Rajani (green Ra-den protectors), and the transformation is fully animated and usable in combat.
Tips
Farming with 10 characters per reset is the most practical way to work around the roughly 0.3% drop rate, averaging around 110–250 kills before a drop.
