Use at Sha of Anger
Dropping the Totem of Harmony during the Sha of Anger encounter prevents you from being mind-controlled for the duration of the effect.
Detect Snow in Storm Peaks
Drop the totem in Storm Peaks to check for snowfall when hunting an Arctic Fox Kit — the light effect makes it immediately obvious whether it is snowing.
Tips
The totem shares the same color and particle effects as the totem used during the quests it originates from.
The totem provides no buff or combat benefit outside of blocking mind-control at Sha of Anger, but players use it to celebrate others' achievements.
