Tithe Collector's Vessel
Quest reward from An Unwelcome Incursion. I had received this from world quest on launch week and got it again during Venthyr campaign chapter 8 as reward for quest .
The Tithe Collector's Vessel is a toy obtained in Shadowlands through the world quest Tithe and Taxes or as a quest reward from An Unwelcome Incursion during the Venthyr campaign chapter 8.

Check World Quest Availability
Look for the world quest Tithe and Taxes on your map. The toy is not always offered as the reward — the reward appears to be character-specific, so the same world quest may give a weapon to one character and the toy to another.
Complete Venthyr Campaign Chapter 8
If the world quest does not offer the toy, progress through the Venthyr covenant campaign to chapter 8 and complete the quest An Unwelcome Incursion, which can reward the Tithe Collector's Vessel regardless of your covenant.
Tips
The toy has been rewarded to players across multiple covenants including Necrolord, Night Fae, and Kyrian, so covenant choice does not lock you out.
