Purchase the Toy
Buy the Mark of the Ashtongue from Cupri for 
1250 Timewarped Badges. You earn Timewarped Badges by completing Timewalking dungeons — 5 per boss, 10 for the final boss, and 10 more each time you finish a random Timewalking dungeon during its event week. The fastest way to accumulate badges across alts is to complete at least one dungeon per Timewalking event on each character, as the first dungeon completed grants 500 Timewarped Badges via 
Swirling Timewarped Vial (Burning Crusade) or 
Frigid Timewarped Prism (WotLK).
Tips
The transformation lasts 5 minutes with a 30-minute cooldown, still displays your equipped weapons and armor (minus helm), and is similar to the
Orb of the Sin'dorei in that regard.You can extend the transformation duration by using
Ai-Li's Skymirror or 
Reflecting Prism on a party member just before the effect expires.This toy was hotfixed on 10/1/2015 to no longer disappear when entering combat.
