Taivan's Trumpet
Quest reward from Taivan's Purpose. After you summon Taivan with this item, you can do a /whistle with him targeted for a little interaction :)
Taivan's Trumpet is a toy rewarded from completing Taivan's Purpose, the final quest in the Taivan's Purpose side questline in Ohn'ahran Plains, which is part of Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains.

Start the Questline
Begin the Taivan's Purpose questline by speaking with Healer Selbekh at 61.2, 40.09 in Ohn'ahran Plains. The first quest, The Trouble with Taivan, has you brush Taivan, place items on him, and then speak with him before heading to 71.46, 49.59.
Complete Hunting Hound
For The Hunting Hound, speak with Taivan and then slay 5 beasts in the area.
Slay the Proto-Drake
For Part of a Pack, locate and slay the Ravenous Proto-Drake, which flies around the zone.
Return to Healer Selbekh
For Try Again, Taivan!, return to Healer Selbekh at 75.23, 49.89 in Ohn'ahran Plains.
Speak with Taivan Again
For The Gentle Giant, speak with Taivan and travel to 49.06, 41.04 in Ohn'ahran Plains to continue the questline.
Finish Shaping a Shepherd
Complete Shaping a Shepherd and the remaining quests in the chain to reach Taivan's Purpose, the final quest, which rewards Taivan's Trumpet. The full questline takes around 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Tips
Once Taivan is summoned with the trumpet, you can /whistle with him targeted for a small interaction, and you can also /pet him.
