Drops from Singer. The flavour text appears to be a reference to Cornelia Funke´s Inkheart/Inkworld books to the character Basta,a bandit who is famed for his cruelty and love for peppermint.

Syndicate Mask is a toy that has a chance to drop from the rare enemy Singer in the Dabyrie's Farmstead subzone of the Battle for Azeroth version of Arathi Highlands.

Identify Your Faction Spawn
Singer spawns in two different locations depending on your faction. Horde players will find Singer at 50.8, 40.85 in Arathi Highlands, while Alliance players will find Singer at 50.7, 57.48.
Defeat Singer and Loot
Singer is a rare enemy located in the Dabyrie's Farmstead subzone. Defeat Singer at your faction's location and loot the Syndicate Mask, which has approximately a 9.5% drop chance.
Wait for Warfront Reset
Singer only becomes available after each Warfront faction control switch cycle, which resets roughly every two weeks, so you may need to return after the next cycle if Singer is not currently available.
Tips
The Syndicate Mask toy lasts thirty minutes and has a one-hour cooldown after use.
