Obtain Stuffed Bear from the quest Stuffed Bear in The Forbidden Reach.
Tips
Stuffed Bear was not initially classified as a toy but was converted to one in Patch 11.0 (The War Within), so it now stores in your toy box rather than taking up bag space.
