Soul Inhaler is a toy that has a chance to drop from Tor'goroth, a rare mob located on a small island north of Stonefury Cliffs in Frostfire Ridge.

Travel to Frostfire Ridge
Head to Tor'goroth's Tooth, a small island north of Stonefury Cliffs in Frostfire Ridge. This is where the rare mob Tor'goroth spawns.
Defeat Tor'goroth
Kill Tor'goroth to have a chance at receiving the Soul Inhaler. Tor'goroth is one of the Draenor daily rare mobs, meaning he can drop loot once per day.
Check Your Toy Box
After killing Tor'goroth, check your Toy Box — the toy may auto-learn without appearing as a loot drop. If it does not appear after hearthing, a quick relog should resolve this.
