Tips
The toy requires level 68 to use and cannot be used within the Cobalt Assembly itself.
When activated, the toy summons a large interactable arcane orb that presents a small menu of randomized magical effects — past options have included summoning a mirror image of yourself, creating a localized blizzard, or being transformed into a duck.
The toy has a one hour cooldown, so the effect chosen will only last a brief time before it ends.
