Travel to Mauler's Outlook
Head to the Mauler's Outlook subzone in Korthia. Start your search at 49.6, 36.1 and make your way toward the nest spawn area at 47.3, 29.3.
Find the Dislodged Nest
Search the area around 47.34, 29.22 on the ground or near the trees for the Dislodged Nest. It can spawn randomly across multiple locations in this area.
Pick Up the Nest Item
Picking up the Dislodged Nest grants you the Baiting buff for 5 minutes. Use the extra action button that appears while Baiting is active on a nearby bear to mount it.
Ram the Bear into a Tree
While mounted on the bear, run it into a tree to knock down the Precarious Silk Nest, which will fall to the ground and can contain the Silver Shardhide Whistle or a 
Korthite Crystal.
Complete Treasures of Korthia
The Dislodged Nest counts toward the Treasures of Korthia achievement, which is part of the Breaking the Chains achievement chain and requires collecting 10 treasures total.
Tips
Add /cancelform before /use Silver Shardhide Whistle in a macro to prevent the toy from going on cooldown without granting its buff when used while shapeshifted.
Avoid using the Silver Shardhide Whistle while mounted on the Grand Expedition Yak or the Frostbrood Proto-Wyrm, as these mounts can cause the toy to consume its cooldown without applying any effect.
