Shushen's Spittoon
Quest reward from Raid Leader Slovan. This is just a fun toy, one of many added in the MoP expansion. Place it on the ground and you can right click it to 'spit' into it.
Shushen's Spittoon is a fun Mists of Pandaria toy obtained from a quest that you can place on the ground and interact with to spit into, along with other players nearby.

Place the Spittoon
Use the toy to place Shushen's Spittoon on the ground, then right-click it to spit into it — other players in the area can right-click and spit into it as well.
Mind Nearby Hostile Mobs
Hostile mobs will attack the spittoon on sight if they are not already engaged in combat, so it can be used to pull enemies — with a roughly 10-minute cooldown on the toy itself.
Note the Spit Cooldown
Spitting into the spittoon is limited to approximately once per second, so rapid repeated spitting is no longer possible.
