Travel to Nazjatar
Head to Nazjatar and locate Tidemistress Leth'sindra at 65.4, 21.6. She is a rare mob that must be summoned using pods found at that location.
Understand the Summon Respawn
After killing Tidemistress Leth'sindra at 65.4, 21.6 in Nazjatar, the summon pods do not reappear for approximately 1 hour. Once they do respawn, the pods appear one by one, roughly 3 to 5 minutes apart rather than all at once.
Farm Across Multiple Characters
You can kill Tidemistress Leth'sindra at 65.4, 21.6 on multiple characters across different servers to increase your number of attempts per hour, since the pod respawn timer is per-account on each server.
Use the Toy's Eight Messages
Once obtained, placing the Shirakess Warning Sign lets you choose from eight display messages: "Safe Passage", "Hail to the Queen", "Beware of Fish", "Deals Ahead", "Beware of Deep Places", "No Fishing", "Warning!", and "Don't Give Up!".
Tips
The toy has a 1 hour cooldown but only a 1 minute uptime due to a known bug, so factor that into whether you want to prioritize farming it.
