Sargerei Disguise is a cosmetic toy obtained from a quest in Draenor that applies a 30-minute visual buff but does not provide any actual protection against hostile enemies in Sargerei-controlled areas.

Work through the Socrethar's Fury quest chain in Draenor to obtain the Sargerei Disguise. The item is awarded as part of this quest line.
Understand the Disguise Limitation
The Sargerei Disguise is purely cosmetic — enemies such as Sargerei Binder and Sargerei Demonlord will remain hostile while the buff is active. To actually avoid combat in Socrethar's Rise, you must use the crafted quest disguise made from clothing pieces dropped by enemies in the area, not this toy.
Add to Your Toy Box
As of Patch 6.1, the Sargerei Disguise was added to the Toy Box, so you can use it freely without it taking up inventory or bank space.
