Check Dungeon Pool Availability
The Blinding Vale is not part of the Season 1 Mythic+ dungeon pool, meaning the dungeon cannot be entered on regular Mythic 0 outside of the season rotation, making Saptor Salve unobtainable for the duration of Season 1.
