Ring of Duplicity
Quest reward from Ring of Self-Reflection. The toy works fine, it just also states (in the buff) that moving will stop it. Looking at a mirror illusion, the magic will fade upon moving.
The 
Ring of Duplicity is a Shadowlands toy rewarded from the quest Ring of Self-Reflection in Korthia, which requires recovering a missing relic from the southern part of the zone.

Reach Southern Korthia
Access the southern part of Korthia by completing the zone storyline up to 44 Renown. Then purchase the 
Key of the Inner Chambers from Archivist Roh-Suir, which requires Tier 2 research and 
25 Cataloged Research.
Find the Missing Relic
Locate the Ring of Self-Reflection at 43.75, 76.85 in southern Korthia to pick up and begin the Ring of Self-Reflection quest.
Turn In the Quest
Return the Ring of Self-Reflection to complete the quest, earning the Ring of Duplicity toy, 250 Cataloged Research, and 500 reputation with Archivist Roh-Suir. This quest also counts as criteria toward the Reliquary Restoration achievement.
Use the Toy
Activate Ring of Duplicity to create a mirror illusion of yourself — you can jump, attack, and use emotes while the effect is active, but rotating your character or pressing any directional movement key will immediately dismiss the illusion. The toy has a 1-hour cooldown.
Tips
The mirror illusion mimics your emotes, so triggering emotes while standing still is the best way to interact with it without breaking the effect.
