Regenerating Slime Vial
Drops from Bubbleblood. Managed to loot it today. Spawns four little slimes that just wander around for a bit, kind of like how the Crate of Puppies spawns a bunch of pugs.
The Regenerating Slime Vial is a Shadowlands toy that drops from Bubbleblood in Maldraxxus and spawns four slimes that consume each other over 10 minutes.

Defeat Bubbleblood
Travel to Maldraxxus and defeat Bubbleblood at 52.4, 35.2. The toy has a low drop chance and may operate on a daily loot lockout system rather than being farmable multiple times per day.
Use the toy
Once obtained, activate the Regenerating Slime Vial from your toy box. Four small slimes will spawn and wander in a small area, consuming one another until one remains after approximately 10 minutes. The toy has a one-hour cooldown between uses.
Tips
When you are the only player summoning slimes, one slime can accumulate up to three stacks of the Growing buff as it consumes the others.
