Travel to Instructor Tarahna
Head to Eredath in Mac'aree and find Instructor Tarahna at 61.4, 50.2. This rare mob has a chance to drop the Red Conservatory Scroll.
Defeat Instructor Tarahna
Defeat Instructor Tarahna and loot the body. The Red Conservatory Scroll is not a guaranteed drop, so you may need to return on subsequent days when the rare respawns.
Tips
Using the Red Conservatory Scroll while another scroll buff is active will remove the existing buff, as only one of these scroll buffs can be active at a time.
If you walk over another player who has a different colored rune buff, your runes will combine into a new color — Blue combined with Red produces Purple, Blue combined with Yellow produces Green, and Yellow combined with Red produces Orange — and the resulting combined buff lasts 10 minutes.
