Ravenbear Disguise is a Horde-exclusive toy rewarded from the quest Masters of Disguise in Stormheim, though once unlocked on a Horde character it can be used by Alliance characters as well.

Start the Quest Chain
Pick up The Warchief Beckons from Nathanos Blightcaller in the Violet Citadel in Dalaran to begin the quest chain leading to the toy.
Complete the Scenario
Follow the quest through a portal to Durotar and complete the solo scenario The Splintered Fleet before continuing onward to Stormheim.
Complete Required Stormheim Quests
In Stormheim, complete The Windrunner's Fate, Wrath of the Blightcaller, and A Grim Trophy in sequence — all other side quests in the area are optional and not required.
Unlock Eyes in the Overlook
Completing A Grim Trophy opens the quest Eyes in the Overlook, which then leads directly into Masters of Disguise.
Claim Your Toy
Turn in Masters of Disguise in Stormheim to receive the Ravenbear Disguise as your quest reward.
Tips
This toy is only obtainable on a Horde character, but once added to your collection it is usable account-wide, including on Alliance characters.
