Finish the full questline and turn in The Awaited Egg-splosion at 49.98, 69.82 to receive Professor Chirpsnide's Im-PECK-able Harpy Disguise as your reward.
Tips
The harpy disguise buff is removed when you enter combat, so avoid enemies while using it.
If you are a Warlock and use Burning Rush while the toy is active, two flame jets will spawn instead of one.
