Primal Invocation Quintessence
From Enchanted Mageweave Pouch. I feel like a lot of information on this page is convoluted, so thought I'd create a comment purely for simplicity that describes the easiest way to get this toy.
The
Primal Invocation Quintessence is a secret toy added in patch 10.0.5 that is permanently unlocked by consuming a total of 2600 points worth of Primal Invocation Extract on a single character.

Gather Your Extracts
You do not need to be an Enchanter to obtain this toy. Purchase or craft your Primal Invocation Extracts — the most efficient method is to acquire 17 Rank 3 extracts and 1 additional extract of any rank, which together exceed the 2600-point threshold. All three ranks are available on the Auction House.
Use Extracts on One Character
Use each Primal Invocation Extract on the same character — all uses must be on a single character, as progress does not carry across multiple characters. Each extract has a 1-hour cooldown, so use one per hour until you have used all 18.
Receive the Toy
On your final use that pushes your total to 2600 points or more, the Primal Invocation Quintessence toy is automatically added to your collection. You do not need to let any transformation buff fully expire between uses — simply use one extract per hour.
Tips
Point values per extract rank: Rank 1 gives 51 points (51 extracts needed solo), Rank 2 gives 100 points (26 extracts needed solo), and Rank 3 gives 150 points (18 extracts needed solo) — mix and match ranks to find the most cost-effective combination on your server's Auction House.
