Pick Up Quest From Toshley
On an Alliance character, find Toshley at 60, 68 in Blade's Edge Mountains and pick up the quest Picking Up Some Power Converters to begin the chain.
Spawn Nexus-Prince Razaan
Head to the Razaani portal at 66, 44 in Blade's Edge Mountains and kill Razaani humanoids in the area — yellow orbs will travel toward the portal, eventually causing Nexus-Prince Razaan to spawn.
Kill Razaan and Loot Box
Defeat Nexus-Prince Razaan and loot the box he drops to obtain the required item for the quest.
Complete Chain, Claim Toy
Continue Toshley's quest chain through to Trapping the Light Fantastic, which rewards the Power Converter toy upon turn-in.
Tips
Attempting to use the Power Converter against a Fel Reaver produces humorous results.
